Charmine Kay Bartlett, PT, DPT, GCS, CEEAA, CSRS

Hello, I am Charmine Kay Bartlett. I had my bachelor’s degree in Far Eastern University of the Philippines, graduated in 1999. I had my doctorate of physical therapy in musculoskeletal management completed with Evidence in Motion Institute of Health Professions in 2018. I am an ABPTS board certified geriatric
specialist, AGPT certified exercise expert for aging adults, and a certified stroke rehab specialist. I had experiences in different clinical settings including HH, OP, SNF, IRF, and Industrial. I always look for excitement in my profession in order to provide my service to a broader population. Thus, I ventured towards concierge / mobile PT services. I also enjoy volunteering at our local senior center for a balance class and as a resource for education. I spend my time reading, taking care of my child, traveling, gardening, playing piano, and watching football during my free time. Roll Tide!
